Terms of Use

1. The Service

Nick Finders provides free, browser-based utilities to explore, generate, style, mix, and organize nicknames and related text—for example stylish Unicode text, symbol frames, name browsing by letter/region, Free Fire-oriented ideas, password ideas, and domain-name ideas.

Features may change, pause, or shut down at any time as we improve the product. We may add rate limits, remove content, or disable endpoints (including vote APIs) to protect stability and abuse resistance.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not scrape, bulk-harvest, or resell the Service in a way that degrades performance or bypasses technical limits, except as allowed by ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• How you use any nickname, username, password idea, or domain idea generated by the Service
• Checking availability, uniqueness, and compliance with third-party platform rules
• Avoiding names that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or violate laws
• Keeping secrets out of tools that are not designed for confidential storage

Platforms such as Free Fire, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, and others enforce their own naming and conduct rules. We do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that any suggestion will be accepted, remain available, or avoid moderation.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others
• Generate or distribute malware, phishing lures, or scam content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or break into our systems or those of our providers
• Automate votes or other interactions in ways that manipulate rankings or degrade service quality
• Upload or transmit unlawful, highly sensitive, or prohibited content
• Misrepresent affiliation with Nick Finders or with any game/social platform

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend access where reasonably necessary.

6. Generated content & no warranties of uniqueness

Outputs are produced algorithmically or from curated lists. Similar or identical nicknames may already exist on the internet or on a specific platform. The Service does not perform exhaustive availability checks across third-party systems.

Fancy Unicode characters and symbols may render differently across devices, fonts, and apps. Some platforms strip or reject special characters. You accept those limitations.

7. Password and domain tools

Optional utilities (such as password ideas or domain ideas) are provided for convenience. They are not a substitute for a reputable password manager, professional security advice, or a domain registrar’s availability search.

8. Intellectual property

The Service’s branding, layout, original copy, software, and curated collections are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the site wholesale, frame it misleadingly, or remove proprietary notices.

Third-party names, logos, and game titles mentioned for descriptive purposes remain the property of their respective owners. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

Subject to third-party rights and platform rules, you may use nicknames you generate for your own accounts and creative projects. That does not transfer ownership of our software or site content to you.

9. User feedback

If you send ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve the Service without obligation to compensate you.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how local storage, vote aggregates, and technical processing work. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PLATFORM RULES.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NICK FINDERS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ACCOUNT BANS ON THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY GENERATED NICKNAME OR TEXT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (CURRENTLY $0 FOR THE FREE SERVICE) OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Nick Finders and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Third-party links and services

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services is solely between you and them.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk/harm, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
